Four seasons, one account
Most properties need something different every eight weeks. Instead of finding a new company each time the weather turns, you keep one schedule and we change what we bring.

Cleanup of winter debris, dethatching, bed edging, fresh mulch, first cuts and the season's first feeding.

Every service below can be booked on its own or bundled into a year-round account. Pricing is per property, never a guess over the phone.
Lawn Care
Cut on schedule, finished at the edges
A lawn reads as "cared for" because of the details: the same cutting height every week, clean lines along the driveway, and no clippings left on the concrete. We mow weekly or bi-weekly, trim everything the mower can't reach, edge the hard surfaces and blow the property down before we load up.
Between cuts, we handle the part that decides how the grass actually looks in August — feeding, weed control, aeration and overseeding, so the turf gets thick enough to crowd weeds out on its own.

Landscaping
The part of the property people see first
Beds do most of the work from the street. We plan and plant them around what your yard actually gives you — sun, shade, drainage, soil — and around how much time you want to spend maintaining them. Low-maintenance and full-colour are both fine answers; they just lead to different plant lists.
Once they're in, we keep the shapes honest: pruning at the right time of year, topping up mulch, and re-cutting bed edges so the lines stay sharp instead of drifting into the grass.

Hardscaping
Walls, walkways and patios built to stay level
Some parts of a yard shouldn't need mowing. We build the walkways, patios, steps and retaining walls that make a property usable — and we spend the time underneath where nobody sees it, because that's what decides whether it's still flat in five winters.
Excavation, compacted base, drainage behind the wall, level courses, proper edge restraint, then low-voltage lighting so the space is still there after dark. We also fix hardscape that has already started to settle or lean.

Tree Services
Pruning, removals and storm cleanup
Trees get taller and heavier every year, usually in the direction of a roof or a power line. We prune for health, shape and clearance, take down what's dead, split or leaning, and rig the pieces down section by section when there's no room to fell anything.
Crews are insured, tied in and working with proper rigging — and the job isn't finished until the brush is chipped, the wood is stacked or hauled, and the lawn is raked back to how we found it.

Snow Removal
Cleared before you need to leave
Winter is really a scheduling problem. On a seasonal contract you're already on the route: we watch the forecast, and once the snow hits the trigger depth we agreed on, we plow, shovel and salt — usually before the morning. Nobody has to call dispatch at 5am.
Driveways, parking lots, walkways, steps and entrances for homes and businesses, plus salting on the surfaces that turn to ice first. Seasonal flat rate or per-visit, whichever suits how you'd rather budget.

Tell us about the property
Send the address and what you'd like handled. Photos help if there's something specific worrying you, but they're not required.

We walk it with you
We measure, check slope, drainage, turf condition and tree health, and figure out where snow can actually go in January. Free, usually within a few days.

You get it in writing
One page: the work, the schedule, what's included, what isn't, and the price. No verbal quotes that change once the job starts.

We schedule and start
You get a start date and a fixed service day. The same crew comes back each visit, so nobody needs re-telling about the gate latch or the dog.

We check in and keep going
After the first month we ask what to adjust. Lawn accounts roll into fall cleanup and winter plowing automatically — only if you want them to.
Cancel or pause an ongoing account with two weeks' notice. Project work is quoted as a fixed price, and anything unexpected gets approved by you before we spend a dollar on it.

Before you ask
Questions we get every week
How often will you mow?
Weekly is standard through the growing season. Every other week works for shaded or slow-growing lawns, and for properties that are watered less. You choose — and if the grass gets ahead of the schedule in June, we'll tell you rather than scalping it.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can reach the gate and no pets are loose in the yard, we work and leave a note. For estimates it helps to have you there for the first ten minutes, so you can point at what's bothering you.
How does snow billing work?
Two ways. A seasonal flat rate spread across the winter months is easier to budget and covers every storm, however many there are. Per-visit billing costs less in a mild winter and more in a heavy one. We'll tell you which one usually works out better for your driveway.
Do you take one-time jobs?
Yes. A spring cleanup, a single tree removal, one patio — none of it requires signing up for ongoing service. Plenty of our maintenance clients started with a one-off job.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We tell you the same day and our insurance covers it. Sprinkler heads and buried invisible-fence wire are the usual suspects, so flag them during the walkthrough and we'll mark them before the first cut.
